1) What insurance coverage is required for each activity?
For autocross and driving tours, the driver must have a full coverage automotive insurance policy with comp and collision coverages at 100 / 300 / 100 at the very minimum. If they do not have that coverage they can pay a "insurance waiver fee" of $49.00 for the driving adventures and $25.00 for the autocross events.
2) Are there any age requirements?
For the exotic car autocross the driver must be at least 18 years of age. For drives and tours, the minimum age required is 25 years old to participate. For ride along activities, passengers must be at least 9 years of age.
3) Are passengers allowed?
For autocross the driver will be accompanied by an instructor so no passengers are allowed. For the drives and tours, passengers are allowed as long as they are at least 9 years old.
4) Can passengers drive the cars on the tours?
Yes. They may drive (1) of the cars during the tour as long as they meet the above insurance requirements. It will be a $97.00 fee for the passenger to participate as a driver.
5) What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
You may contact our reservation center at 916.426.6007 ext. 2 to reschedule your activity at least 3 days before the scheduled activity. All reschedules are subject to a $25.00 rescheduling fee. Within 3 days, same day cancels and no shows for the autocross are subject to a $49.00 rescheduling fee.
6) What happens in the event of inclement weather?
Most of our activities (other than rally car) could be affected by inclement weather (mainly hard rains). We monitor the weather daily and if we need to cancel and reschedule an activity we'll let you know via email or phone call. We'll do our best to give you plenty of lead time if we choose to cancel and reschedule.
